| LIMITED PUPPY PURCHASE GUARANTEE: Buyer enters into this purchase agreement with full knowledge that when this puppy leaves dogma & fetch premises, buyer will be responsible for the life, health and well being of this animal. This warranty is void unless a licensed vet examines this puppy within two business days of purchase. During the initial exam, should the vet diagnose a life threatening congenital or hereditary condition you may choose to have it treated/corrected at your expense or immediately contact the store for return of the pet for exchange only, up to original purchase price. A written diagnosis, on vet letterhead, stating that the puppy sold is unfit for sale, must be provided within 24 hours of exam to dogma & fetch for replacement due to life threatening congenital or hereditary condition. dogma & fetch will not reimburse or be responsible for any expenditure incurred at any veterinarian clinic. Although we do everything in our power to provide each of our pets with all they need, sometimes it is beyond our control the life or health problem a pet must face. In the unfortunate event death occurs a licensed vet, to comply with our guarantee, must perform an autopsy. The autopsy must be conclusive and must show death resulted from hereditary or congenital defect for replacement. If death occurs due to abuse and or neglect (ie. Hypoglycemia) your puppy will not be replaced. The results of the autopsy must be provided to dogma & fetch within 24 hours of being returned. In the event that the breed of dog you purchased is not available (in store), arrangements will be made with the breeder for exchange or you will be notified by phone of the next available puppy for replacement. dogma & fetch warranties this puppy to the original purchaser only; this warranty is void if the puppy is sold, traded, given away or no longer in the possession of the original purchaser. dogma & fetch cannot be held responsible for viral and/or airborne viruses after you have exposed the puppy to a new environment. (i. e. parvo/pneumonia/influenza) Puppies should be taken directly home or to the vet after purchase. Do not take your puppy out of your home (other than potty time and to the vet) where it can be infected until it has had the complete series of shots. By keeping it isolated, you may save its life. dogma & fetch encourage all new puppy owners to read and review the hypoglycemia sheet in your take home puppy kit. Especially, when dealing with very small breed puppies. Puppies are not sold on a trial basis and all puppy sales are final. There are no returns or refunds. This puppy is provided solely for purpose of a companion pet. There is no warranty expressed or implied that you would be able to use this pet for showing or breeding purposes. If your puppy’s litter is registered, you will be given the opportunity to register your puppy at the time of purchase. dogma & fetch is not responsible for registry errors, omissions or misrepresentation by others. Purchasing a puppy should not be an impulsive decision and it is our customers' responsibility to understand that they are making a decision for the lifetime of the puppy. Make sure you treat your new friend well. Do not play with him/her too much when you first get home. Give him/her a chance to relax and become familiar with the new surroundings.
